I feel that there are those who are willing to go above and beyond to make a sale, then there are those who are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. However, once the sale has been made there are a lot of opportunities to continue to assist the customer and to make them want to be a repeat customer. This is where those who only want to make a sale fall far short of the latter type. When the car broke down 3 days after the purchase the managers went above and beyond to fix the issue. But when my paper tags were about to expire, and when they were expired and I again could not drive the car, I could not actually speak to someone who could help me. I left voicemails that went unanswered. Multiple calls were directed to a voicemail despite my insistence on being directed to a live person. I felt that had I walked into the dealership I would get what I needed done but if I called I was not a priority at all.
