Extremely poor customer service.
Had a 6.6KW system installed, there was no phone call prior to the installers turning up. Lucky I was home at the time.
System installation seemed to go well, although very little instruction or information provided. It seems that these guys are "Just" Contractors and get the jobs done as quickly as possible.
Then the trouble starts. The paperwork was submitted to SolarConnections to make the necessary changes to the metering.
This has now been rejected three times! Each time takes a matter of weeks!
It has to be submitted, then when it is rejected you have to try to contact Captain Green and they have to then ask the contractor to complete new documents and then they get resubmitted to SolarConnections.

I would recommend making sure that all paperwork is submitted and correct before paying them.

I now have to wait for them to contact the installers and resubmit the paperwork for the 4th time
