Based on my experience with Ring Audio, I can't recommend them at all. Since they claimed to be the headphone repair experts, I brought in my headphones. They said they would get to work on it soon. A month or two passed, I heard nothing, so I call in. "Sorry, my son is away, it will be done later." OK. So I wait, I hear nothing, I call again a couple months later -- surely enough time now? "Sorry, having a hard time finding the parts..." OK. So again I wait, again I hear nothing. I may have called again, it's been so drawn out I can't even remember. It's been well over a year and I've still never heard anything from them. I have no idea what happened to my headphones in the end. I gave up. Maybe they went in the trash, who knows? I've never written a negative online review, but this situation was annoying enough to me that I think any potential customers of Ring should consider it, and Ring should consider adjusting their customer service practices drastically.
