THE HONDA PARTS DEPARTMENT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER ...

THE HONDA PARTS DEPARTMENT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE VERY LITTLE INVENTORY FOR PARTS. WHEN YOU DO CALL AND ORDER A PART THEY WILL FORGET TO ORDER IT, OR ORDER THE WRONG PART. DELIVERY IS VERY SLOW AND NEVER SHOWS UP WHEN THEY SAY IS SHOULD OFTEN HAVE TO CALL TO SEE WHERE YOUR PART IS AND IF IT COMING. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I REALLY TRY NOT TO USE THEM AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THIS DEALERSHIP GIVES THE INDUSTRY A BAD NAME.
