Ordered a pinsa for $21 and asked to add truffles. Eventually got a pinsa with truffles on top but with zero smell and zero truffle taste and $43 total check, $38 of which was pinsa itself. I think you should warn your customer before the order. Like You want a black truffle? That s gonna be $17 more to your $21 pinsa. Are you sure? Maybe you ll take two pinsas? Pinsa Itself was okay, but not even close to the one I usually order in Moscow. The rest is good, staff is very friendly. Be careful, all I m saying.
