This theater is a bit dated, but perfectly fine. Anyone who complains about the seats is either very or very old, at 48 I think they are fine. I have dealt with old school theaters and the newest. It is less snooty than it was as the "Sundance 608" and they have food and drinks. If you live on the near west side, downtown or the far west side and you don't want to go to point, drive out to the Palace, or whatever the place on PD turned into, go for it.
