If you care about your loved one DO NOT use them at all! Some of the companion care is very dedicated and caring that my sick dad requested them constantly, companion care managers became upset and refused to send them. One supervisor "I think" called me and started yelling at me to why my dad will not have different ones, sorry nurse Ratchet but this is about my what my dad's needs and not yours. They would send us "trained" others that would sit across my dad laying on his hospital bed and watch TV or text. They would falsely sign the book and lie about doing cleaning and activities. All they want to do is collect. I filed a complaint and hope they get investigated so others don't get hurt and/or ripped off and taken advantage of.
