Horrible customer service, never returning calls, ...

Horrible customer service, never returning calls, did not send roof samples, which was agreed upon in writing. Now due to their error, we have to re-roof the shed. have tried several times, left several message, but not one call returned.

Delivery day, we were told it would be here by noon, 4:00 came and went, my husband tried called several time, finally the driver answered and said he tried to call, when asked what number he called, he couldn t even tell him a number, meaning a call was never maid.

Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will comment on ALL site. This all happened in Hayden, Idaho.
