Not really a fan of this place. I LOVE BBQ and if I see a decent looking place I usually have to go there. I was excited because I saw that they cater and also saw the huge smoker out front so I figured I was in for a treat! Unfortunately this place is just not up to par. The quality of the rib meat was poor and it was almost as tough as leather. There was nothing "fall-off-bone" about them at all. The sauce was just slopped on after the rack was heated up (yes it clearly wasn't cooked that day). No caramelization..nothing. Just drenched the ribs with it. The green beans with garlic was disappointing as well. It tasted like it was microwaved, was very bland, and just soaked in butter but oddly tasted watery? The garlic was just raw garlic thrown in. I will most likely never go back and will not be recommending this place to anyone. Very disappointing.
