Most unprofessional service I have ever received from a company. It all starts off great when you deal with Roly who is professional, responsive and cheerful. Then you get handed over to Steve and its all downhill. Hes the most unprofessional, rude person I've ever had to deal with, obviously doesnt care about his job or his customers and just cant be effed. My whole job took almost a year from start to finish because of him and was highly stressful and not once did he apologise for his stuff ups. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!
