No problem, it was the first time that I had a problem with a parcel (parcel not received) I contacted customer service who was on top and above all efficient!
Subsequently, they opened an investigation and approached colissimo, which we confirmed that it was delivered to my mailbox (although I have not received anything) so I called Veepee customer service to confirm that it was not true and the counselor gave me an immediate refund. I encountered two very friendly and understandable counselors.
