I Used your automated phone service to pay my fine...

I Used your automated phone service to pay my fine and it set up a monthly amount without asking me even though i asked it to pay the full amount! I cant get in touch to rectify the problem this is so annoying!

EDIT - Response sent, I appreciate your help! PS saw your response about possible delays - please prioritise these CCJ's can ruin peoples lives
