I recently decided to have a frame custom painted. I wanted something simple and timeless but with some flair. Most importantly, I wanted quality work. Professionalism and quality customer service is so difficult to find these days but that is exactly what I got when I began working with Jack Kane Custom Bikes. I contacted Zane Schweer and we began working on a color scheme together and immediately we were on the same page. Using both my ideas and his, we nailed down a simple but elegant design. Once my frame arrived at their shop, Zane sent me a confirmation and kept me up to date with the progress along the way including photos! He personally answered the phone EVERY time I called and was always easy to talk to. When I got my frame back I was simply blown away! The paint work is beautiful and the frame was well packed.
