I was eating at the lanmark buffet and found a piece of plastic with ridges on it. I brought it to the managers attention and showed her. She said that it was normal and it was to let the cooks know that the meat was done. I have ate at slot of cafes, dinners, buffets, steakhouses, and etc. I never had plastic in my food. If it is true what the manager said don't you think it needed to be removed before is was served on the buffet. What if I would have swallowed it.
