The internet is way too expensive and I was just notified it will go up $10! Because of stuff THEY are doing. I had to cancel my phone because the whole thing was a joke. The installer complained while here and my husband did most of the work, as he always does. I was over charged for installation and when I called in, she said she would take off the $35. When I checked, she took off $25. I called back and the lady said it was because I didn't pay installation.. which I DID. So she took off the $10. I needed no voicemail, call waiting, or anything extra because of working from home. I had to call 5 times to have it fixed. The first time it wasn't right. The second time he changed my plan which took me off the special and I was charged more. I called back to deal with that and the "call was dropped". I called back and was refused a supervisor when I asked several times. They just kept "helping me" and I just wanted a supervisor! One guy I talked to literally sounded like he was on his phone or doing something. He was not listening to me at all. I got thru to a Daniel and he was great. I'm amazed at how horrible this service is and I'm getting charged more more. Definitely looking into other options.
