Their service has gone down hill the past 6 months...

Their service has gone down hill the past 6 months. Had to turn off my WiFi just to write this review on my cell phone. Speed was .05 mbps, won t even hardly load a web page. During the day service is good, at night it barely works. Have been in contact with them for months, very nice and apologetic but service still no good. Company recently changed hands per one of the techs, lots of promises but inconsistent results. Look elsewhere! Experience tells me this provider is struggling to stay afloat.
