I have been coming here for 10 years. They are so thorough. People tell me to look around for pricing but it's more convienance and trust. Just had a major expense and the manager, Craig, always treats me right. Gave me some discounts and leant me a personal vehicle because they had to keep my car over night. They are flexible and never have gone the most expensive route. I'd spends few extra dollars to come in here! Side note 8/2020... my car was in the shop for 10 days. Craig loaned me another vehicle, very nice! After i got my car back and at work , 2 different employees commented on one of my headlights, said it looked brand new. Contacted Maurer and Jake told me it was replaced bc it was damaged while in the shop.. at "no charge to me"??!! They should have called me when it happened or told me when i was paying my $3000 bill. To have to email then and ask... felt betrayed and not like a valued customer that i had been for 10+ years
