This is NOT the Bewleys of old. Nope, this is an incredibly mis-managed sham in the hollowed out shell of what WAS Bewleys of Grafton Street. The staff have all been replaced with low paid non-nationals who just don't care (and why should they?) and the management just can't see the chaos in front of them. We arrived at 11am and finally got a bite to eat a 1:30pm (!!!). The only reason we stayed for this chaos was because it was too late to go elsewhere for breakfast by the time we realised just how bad things were. DO NO GO HERE. You will be sorely, sorely disappointed (and frustrated) and if you still have fond memories of Bewleys, this is your chance to keep them. Unfortunately mine are ruined. Never, ever, again....
