Gave me run around on HVAC known error because they are not a Dodge Dealer. Stopped at Dodge dealer and they said yes, it is covered under extended warranty and would be no cost (if that is the actually issue, set appointment). Dodge dealer also said dealership service centers usually call one another to get the info needed on recalls and manufacturer extended warranties. She thought it was strange Broadway did not call. Broadway said they checked fluids but after I pointed out the brake fluid, they agreed it was mucky and should be changed. Also they offer free car wash after service. I did not get one when I brought it in in January and had to ask for it this time. They left the far back two windows open and I had to clean/dry out the cup/gadget holders, wipe down the insides of car AND had to wait for the seats to dry so I could take passengers in my car for work.
