Electricity went out twice, once in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the reception has not been able to get it to work again. He offered us a different room or compensation. However, there was no more room available. He went to report this to the morning shift so that we could discuss the compensation. When checking out, we report this incident, but they found nothing in their system. In the end I had to ask for the compensation myself. In compensation we got chocolates from the chocolate line.

Furthermore, very friendly staff, perfect location, beautiful rooms with a nice breakfast! Despite the electricity cut, we were able to relax. Had this not happened, it would have been worth a 5 out of 5.
