Ticket service is okay, served 2 hours. but remember if you apply for a ticket refund, the service is extraordinarily long and really complicated. example case I bought a ticket. parents, then request a refund. For refunds must attach a power of attorney from parents for the purchase and return of my hoist. You should refund the refund to the same account at the time of payment, even though the name is different. and to make matters worse my friend, after waiting for the 3 month process, suddenly I was emailed to complete the power of attorney within 3 days, if it was not fulfilled it would be replaced with a lion air ticket voucher. AND HIS MORE HOLIDAY THIS TICKET VOUCHER CAN ONLY BE USED AND TRANSACTIONED BY PASSENGER'S NAME, WHEN THAT BUY AND PAY AT THE BEGINNING IS ME ... !!!! it is hoped that this incident only happens to me, be careful if you buy there.
