The one Star is because their estimator was on time and pleasant. The lack of any other Stars is that they never got back to me with a bid or a decline to do the work. I explained to the office staff before they sent someone out to bid what the scope of the work was and the urgency of scheduling (we are moving out of town). I asked when he would get back to me and he told me sometime around four. Not a word, phone call, Nada......use at your own risk......
