Bradley Staffing Group Review

Bradley Staffing Group was my first experience working with a staffing firm. I didn't know what to expect. I was impressed at how well my recruiter was acquainted with my skill set, and how intently he listened to what my needs and goals were for my career.
After my contract placement had ended, I took a job working with Bradley Staffing Group because I believe whole-heartedly in what they do. They listen to their clients and candidates, and have their best interests in mind. BSG is more than a staffing firm. They are advocates for jobseekers and the organizations with whom they work.

I have worked with Bradley Staffing Group since 2007. Brad Burns placed me at a permanent position in 2007 and that lasted 10 years. He also placed me at 2 contract positions since I was laid off from my permanent job. This company is the best recruiting agency I have ever worked with. They are professional, knowledgeable and their follow-up is impeccable. They are willing to answer any questions, even if it pertains to a job they are not recruiting for. I would recommend Bradley Staffing Group as a first point of contact for anyone in the job market.

Bradley Staffing was the 2nd recruiting firm I had worked with. I worked directly with Brett B. and he was great at listening to what I was looking for in a job and what I wanted in a career. He set me up with a great company and I am happier at my new job than I was at past jobs. I appreciate the time they spent with me and the consistent communication he always had with me. He was very professional and went as far as to follow up with me several times during my new job to make sure I was enjoying it. Thank you so much for the great assistance!

I responded to an ad, and went in to see Brett. He seemed nice and all, and said he would get me into this "great company" - However, a few weeks went by and... nothing. Then out of nowhere he calls on a Friday and says I have to show up early Monday morning to work, and - OH - I have to stop into his office 1/2 hour before going to work to do all this paperwork. Nevermind we have the whole weekend to fill this out and just hand it to him. He wants me to rush out to his office, then rush out to the job in 10 minutes. Ridiculous. My biggest complaint however is during the initial meeting with him. This agency has the same ridiculous standards as many other agencies do. They don't bother with you if you don't have a car. He never asked a very simple question: "Do you have a car?" Instead he played mind games saying "So what route did you take in your last job?" I mean does this guy think people are stupid, and don't see these petty tricks? When I said I took the train, he looked disgusted, and said "What?" So this clown asking me to show up 1/2 hour before going to work is another scam trick to "test" if I have a car, which somehow is supposed to correlate with "reliability" - Oh wait, I'm an athlete, and long distance runner, and mountain biker who is able to walk 5 to 10 miles each day. I am also dedicated to the environment and do not contribute to carbon emissions, and I am very proud of not driving. Lastly, I have used public transportation for every job in the last 10 years, and SOMEHOW those jobs worked out, and I never missed a day! So I take great offense that this idiot and his scam organization have a problem when someone doesn't have a car. Stupid move Brett. Next time BE MORE DIRECT and stop playing mind games.

I have worked with several different staffing agencies throughout the years, but was very impressed with Bradley Staffing Group. Brett was extremely flexible and helpful in getting me a temporary assignment at a company close to my home. That opportunity resulted in the company hiring me permanently. I recommend them highly!

I worked directly with Brett Berghardt, who was very attentive & thorough throughout the entire process. I always felt informed & well prepared for every step in the hiring process.
