The lousy service, not to say the pasotism and the way of ignoring us and laughing in our face, in a room where the reservation was for a triple (the reservation could be made with an extra bed where the price was lower) the 3 person slept in An extra child's bed and they didn't even give us bedding, and when they brought it after 60 minutes it wasn't worth it. 6 nights sleeping an adult in similar circumstances, claiming it from the hotel and without any intention to solve the problem, knowing how tourism is in Cairo they should take care of him a little more. We will never stay at this hotel. Of shame
