Very disorganized and lack of communication from staff!
A bus was suppose to pick us up at 11am at a hockey arena around corner from business but it did not show up until 12pm. And did not leave till 12:30 until everything else was organized.
At the end we then had to carry all of the canoes up a set of steep stairs and a walkway to return to the truck waiting for them and then the driver refused to take the life jackets and paddles. Said we had to return them to the store ourselves. He finally agreed to take them for us.
Over all our group had a good trip and made it a great time. The scenery was amazing and the water was warm.
