The City of Bardstown has used Bluegrass Integrated Communications for almost two years. Bluegrass has an excellent staff to work with and are quick to respond when changes are requested by the City. The print file sent goes in and the bills come out of their building and into our customer's mailboxes, it makes my head spin. Since going with Bluegrass, their have been zero complaints from customers on the timing of receiving their bill. I look forward to working with Bluegrass for many years.
