I used Bisley Removals in 2016 and found them to be polite and efficient. I recently contacted them again for a removals for contents of a 3 bedroom house to another part of the county. First attempt, I didn't hear back from them. On 2nd attempt, I finally spoke to someone who told me over the phone that everytime I asked for a quote I said they were too expensive!! Firstly that was very rude and secondly, I hadn't contacted them since 2016! Clearly mixing me up with someone else. Despite this, I asked if they would kindly come and quote for the removals job; we set a time and date. They never showed up!
As they are local I thought it would be best to go back to them, I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone now!
