Chris V. came out for an after-hours call and was very prompt, being here within the timeframe that was quoted over the phone. He explained everything that was going on, and found the solution within minutes of opening the furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable, and we are so happy that we called. Sanders and Johnson have been great to us, installing a new A/C unit, Furnace, and Water Heater, and there is no one else that we would call.
