My experience here was very good. Kevin C. was very helpful and courteous. I basically knew what I wanted coming in, but the few questions I had were answered easily. The reason I didn't give a 5 Star Review - it took a LONG time from walking in to getting my car. Getting an initial Sales Rep took some time, for which I shoulder some of the blame (I didn't make an appointment). It became busy in the dealership, and my car had to be delivered from Staten Island. To their credit, Kevin and the rest of the staff were very apologetic for how long it took. Kevin also did check in with me regularly and tried to make me comfortable while I waited. Fortunately, I had nowhere to be and a fully charged smartphone, so I didn't mind too much. If you are coming in on a tight schedule, or are coming with young children, you may want to inquire about scheduling you car pickup for another day. Save for the long wait time - a great experience.
