My suggestion is even if they did give you one of these great-looking condo at ocean club run away and please don't accept it because all comes after unbelievably unbearable while they have the very uneducated manage on the site and literally there is no policy regarding helping but it's funny which taking care of HVAC is by building and the charge you $5 by check so so cheap and it simply shows how big Royal company like del is proud 2 you just take the enjoyment of the property living in I'm not surprised how is building management company survive but just doing scams and not taking care of residents no matter if they are disabled old or young.
