I came to Richmond BMW from over 300 miles out of town because they had exactly the car I was looking for at the right price. When I first contacted the dealership, I was shuffled around between a few employees before landing with Steve Lerner. He was very helpful and patient with answering all of my questions, of which I had many. It's always a somewhat uneasy feeling travelling that far to potentially buy a vehicle sight unseen, but Steve was able to put all of my worries at ease.

If there is one thing that I can say that was less than stellar about the process, it was the frustratingly long wait to see the person to do all of the paperwork. I'd estimate that I sat for a good 4 hours before I could even be seen. Besides that little hiccup, everything else went along without a hitch. I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip again if they had another car that I was looking for.
