I had initially given this service center a 1 star...

I had initially given this service center a 1 star after becoming extremely annoyed at the lengthy wait I endured for just wanting to speak with a service adviser. When I arrived I was greeted by someone on the service floor who told me to have a seat while they get an adviser. After an hour of waiting, I went up to the receptionist who said she would check. However, after another half an hour of waiting I decided to leave and went to the receptionist to ask if there would be a better time to come back. Upon this, she promptly directed me to an adviser, Talisa. After the help that I received from Talisa and her concern and apologies over something that was absolutely not her fault in any way I decided to amend my review to reflect the level of service Talisa provided me with. I have been dealing with this service center for quite sometime now but I have to say without a doubt that Talisa provides above and beyond exceptional service with great professionalism. Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham is lucky to have her!
