Faulkner BMW treated me fantastic. I originally took this vehicle in a week before for a similar problem but the diagnostic check did not turn up a problem. When the problem reoccurred I took the vehicle back to the dealership. Emily, the service advisor, was outstanding. I requested a loaner car and one was provided. The vehicle was repaired under warranty.
