If you live in the Valley, you've no doubt seen commercials for this place. They market themselves as Missouri BBQ. From the moment you step into the restaurant, you feel as though you could be in Missouri. Rustic environment, no frills presentation, and no Los Angeles-sized portion or health-conscious option in sight. They have two types of sauces, supposedly one from the original owner, and "Shirley's sauce." Both are sickeningly sweet. I can say that the beef brisket was good, as was the service.
