Quality, trustworthy company! We needed a somewhat last minute inspector and Donna was able to quickly coordinate to have Jim on site with less than 48 hr notice. Jim arrived early, explained what he would would do, gave us a great "how to" book on all sorts of house stuff then he got to work. He went all over the house, efficiently checking everything and having me come look at a few things as he found items. He explained showed me where the shut off valves were and did a check of the circuits, faucets, drains, lights, doors... just very thorough! It took about 3 hours and I had the full report with pictures in about an hour.
