The Newmind team is as helpful and knowledgeable as they are entertaining and easy to deal with. While I don't enjoy having the occasional computer issue or question, communication with and visits from their Happiness Engineers are always completed in a responsive and friendly manner. I'm not a computer genius, but they don't hold that against me! I've recommended them to clients as a result of their skills and customer service.
