First the plus points. I had 2 windows that needed repairs. I rang Sunday and they were able to come on Monday morning. Great! The charges were more than I had hoped for but for convenience I was happy to pay. I had one window that couldn t open and the locksmith had a tool that done the job. He closed the window and it wouldn t open. Tool used again-window open. He adjusted the top shoot bolt and window opens and closes. Great!!
Bathroom window top and bottom friction stays replaced. Great!!!

My advice is don t use Able group. Find a proper local company that guarantees their workmanship!!!!
