I posted once but I have to update because I have now become a Genz-Ryan customer for life... the reason? Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been polite, professional, prompt and personal installing the Lennox SL 18XC1 which is so quiet we can hardly hear it run.. I want to give a special "shout out" to Alex R. whose service after the sale was terrific. He is not only very professional, upbeat and positive, but he came back three times and kept constant phone and e-mail contact with me when I thought the new unit wasn't working properly. He patiently checked over the entire air conditioner, and then suggested we try a new thermostat that he had on his truck. That fixed it! The problem was MY old thermostat...and then he still came back to install the new Honeywell Focus Pro 6000 thermostat that I picked up. Alex, your service after the sale was terrific, and Genz-Ryan will be my "go to" place for any other products or service I need. It was great to have such wonderful customer service!
