I would highly recommend the Konnector and related classes. It is a game changing experience as a Pilates teacher. Thanks to Viktor s excellent instruction, I have retrofitted all of my reformers in my own Pilates studio to have Konnectors. Once you try it, you just can t go back to just traditional reformer straps because the feedback within your body completely changes the experience in a way that lets your body smoothly and effectively feel the feedback of the system rather than trying to mentally piece together what is happening.
