Hi MyNetFone. I would have been planning on watching Netflix last long weekend considering that you were meant to have installed my internet on the 19th of March. However, now weeks later and despite more than 7 prolonged calls to your service centre i still have not had internet installed to my house. Now as I ask for a refund for the service you have not provided me you add the final insult by saying the refund is not guaranteed. I'm sure you're aware that under Australian consumer laws you can't charge someone for a service you have not provided.
