Honestly they don't deserve one star. They were not covered by insurance- did not inform my elderly parents. They took my mother to the ER against her wishes and it was deemed to be an over-reaction on their part. How much money are they siphoning off of older people for lackluster care.
Not impressed.
They were late as well.
I would give them a D-.
