BLUF: Stay somewhere else. Complete rip off at over $200 a night. Only reason it gets 2 instead of one star is the comfortable mattress.

Three star veneer on a one star hotel. All the 'refresh' efforts have been put into the lobby and not the rooms. Dated, tired, damaged furniture throughout. Vinyl, brown crocodile bench looks like something out of an adult film. Back of the bench fell off and was not attached in any way. Only other seating in the room is a chair that looks more like a Star Trek prop and isn't comfortable unless you're over 6'. No furniture or storage for clothing so lived from the suitcase for the whole trip. Safe was not bolted or secured to anything so kept valuables locked in the trunk of the car. Two out of four pillows had a weird cheese smell coming off them and had to be replaced. Contractor who did work in bathrooms should be fired - paint splatter all over the shower, shower door leaked because it wasn't caulked, and wiring for heated mirror was hanging and visible. No water pressure and shower head looks like a vintage piece from the 80s. Toilet did not effectively flush despite sounding like the pressurized toilet on an airplane. Window is tiny, framed, and obstructs rather than enhances the spectacular view this property has of the lake. Door doesn't seem to be insulated; all hallway noise sounds like it's in the room with you.

Entire building needs a demo and restart rather than a refresh to warrant over $200 a night. Will not be returning. Will be calling Ramada corporate to try and get a credit or refund.
