Wanted to give it a four star but the shower kind of broke in the last two days of my stay. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location. It sits on top of the mall, so it s lobby is actually on the 11th floor with amazing view over the Mississippi River. I did love their lobby a lot, which has the classy and luxury feeling. The room is also spacious, but you can tell the hotel is old and not maintained to the level that I expected for Westin. The toilet is the most frustrating part because it doesn t really flush properly. I had to keep holding it for like 20 seconds.
The buffet cost about $25 per person and the choices are very limited. If you can, it s better to go somewhere else.
