I drove up from South Bay to pick up my order. After a 2.5 hour drive in holiday traffic, after calling to confirm my order I left my ID on my desk as I had to take a photo to process my online order. I forgot my ID, they wouldn't talk to me about options, and after trying to speak with a manager no call back no effort at all for a customer who just drove hours to spend hundreds of dollars. I had the scan of my ID and rest of my wallet. I get that you need an ID- that s not the negative review. The review is for the total lack of giving 1 iota of care for one of your patients.

I was upset by the fact I forgot my ID, but I have ADHD and forgetting is part of the condition. I m used to that. It s also an ADA disability FYI - what I m not used to no - is zero effort to talk to a customer who went out of their way to visit your collective. I was given a sorry our policy is you need an ID and then looking to the next customer with a fake sorry as I friend to explain I called and drove 2.5 hours. I couldn t even talk to a manager after calling and requesting to speak with or receive a call back to see if they would hold my order until the next day.

Hold it forever for all I care I will never again visit such a rude place whit no compassion or care. It s truly a joke you call yourselves a wellness Get real. YOU ARE A PROFIT CENTER WHO CARES ZERO FOR PATIENTS. Find another place to shop people.
