Some of worst customer service i have ever experienced. the attending nurse was very rude and had a high level of disassociation from his clients. everything from not telling me what medication he was giving me, to, ripping out the IV forcefully. This is place is bad, you have to pull vital info out of them and they'll sure make you feel bad for asking even basic questions. I would not recommend this place, and having been sent over to St. Josephs from Kaiser, just right next door, it was all a major drag. They need to do a sweep of house and enact a simple customer service training course.
