These guys were hired by VoyageLine to do a travel...

These guys were hired by VoyageLine to do a travel website. We found them on Odesk at the time which is now UpWork. There were so many issues during the project they said they had experience doing a travel website but they really didn't. The supplier said they were trying to write their own code instead of using the suppliers code because they didn't want to follow what the supplier said. After all the issues the supplier no longer felt comfortable taking the risk of us using their API and told us we could no longer integrate it but can only use their cobranding which was more simple to put on the website. The guys kept integrating things incorrectly and our suppliers kept complaining and asking us where we found these guys because it seems they don't know what they are doing. We already paid them for the design of the website lots of money- which they never sent the code for. They convinced us that even though phase 1- website development wasn't yet completed they should start phase 2- API integration that way it could all come together in the meanwhile they would keep fixing the things from phase 1 website development. During Phase 2 they miraculously forgot the fixings from Phase 1 and said it would require extra work and extra effort. Now when these guys say extra work/effort that means MORE MONEY! We argued with them saying they promised to fix Phase 1 while working on Phase 2 and had the documentation from Devshwar. The entire time they wanted to complain that they are working extended time and working free for us. WRONG WE PAID THEM BUT THEY DIDN'T FINISH THE WORK- which is their fault they didn't finish and prolonged their amount of time to work on the project. They asked us to pay them on PayPal half down payment at the start of the project which we did Nov 2014 and we didn't argue about paying anything and they started the phase 2 API integration. There was constant issues with them not knowing how to integrate the APIs. Suppliers complained and I have all the documentation of suppliers complaints about Softprodigy. There were some things that needed to be fixed and the softprodigy team said we can only verify its fixed on live server. We asked them to put the code on our live server which they refused to put until we gave them final payment. We paid them the final payment and they agreed they were here to support us on fixing what needed to be fixed. They were paid and code was out on our live server and there were a lot of issues. It was a Friday they out the code and quickly disappeared and didn't even check to make sure it was on our live server and appearing ok. Also gave me a stipulation that I had until Tuesday to check and make sure all was working ok. We emailed softprodigy right away and posted messages on Basecamp only a few minutes after they put it on our live server letting them know of the issue. There was no way for me to check the site with it having so many issues upon migration to our server. I emailed Soumyajit and he said he can't always answer on Skype because he is not just there for VoyageLine. Which is terrible to say to your paying client! As a CTO you should be available to your client anytime issues arise. Everytime an issue came up the CTO was busy or no where to be found. When they had an issue to discuss with us they all appeared at that time. I told them there is no way for me to check that site with the issues upon migration and I need a few extra days from when they fix those to check the site. They completely refused to give me the extra days to check to make sure the issues and fixings were resolved. I told them the gateway doesn't work and all the transactions were coming as failed. They begged me to close the PayPal claim and I told them I wouldn't becaus everything is not fixed and I won't close that dispute until everything including the gateway is fixed. Now we have a gateway that was on our contract and paid for on UpWork on Phase 1 and the gateway won't even take 1 payment. So no customers can even purchase on our website which makes the website useless.
