Excellent experience! The was our first time trusting our nine month old Golden Doodle, Quinn Rose, with Wagsworth Manor. From the first phone call, to schedule her stay, until we picked her up yesterday, everything was handled professionally, courteously and with our puppy being their first priority. We requested email updates and pics ( for a small fee ) on certain dates and we received them promptly on those dates. The feedback on Quinn was honest ( picky eater sometimes, wasn t up for training or Splash and Play on certain days, etc. ), which we really appreciated. The pics alone gave our family complete reassurance that Quinn was loving life at Wagsworth Manor. The entire staff couldn t be more accommodating to Quinn and our family. The overall experience at Wagsworth Manor was perfect from beginning to end, and I highly recommend them! We also hired Kou to do basic training with Quinn during her stay. Kou also sent us email updates after she and an intern ( Maddie) worked with Quinn. The emails were very informative and explained the exact plan of training and Quinn s response to the training exercise. We travel a few times a year and it looks like we found a new home away from home for Quinn Rose! Thank you Wagsworth Manor... Quinn will be back:)
