I have mixed feelings about dealerpeak.com. While the website is easy to use and has a good selection of cars, I had a bit of a frustrating experience with customer service. I called to inquire about a specific car and the representative seemed uninterested and not very helpful. It took multiple attempts to get the information I needed. Overall, the website is good but the customer service could use improvement.
