This was the first time I was getting a car and I made the right decision to go to Honda/McDavid. Matt, the salesman assigned to us spent the entire day shows us cars, explaining the pros/cons and helped with pricing. Hafeez, the sales representative personally helped with financing coming up with affordable plans. They let me take the car for a test drive to see if it was comfortable with it on the road to make a well-informed decision. Once I signed up for the car, they took time to show me all features of the car and how to program each feature to my liking.
I can honestly that it is a high likelihood that if/when I need to get another car, Honda/McDavid will be the place I go.
