Before going to Steve Marshall we were having a negative experience shopping for a used vehicle. We weren't sure what type of vehicle we wanted and after a test drive, other dealerships would put a lot of pressure on to close a sale, even when we were still unsure of what type of vehicle we wanted. Fortunately we found Kai Huculak who took the time to show us a used Cherokee that turned out to be exactly what we wanted, and let us take the time we needed to ensure it was the right decision. He was knowledgeable of a product they don't carry new on their lot and we left confident that we got good value for our money. We will be back to Steve Marshall.
